With extensive experience in economic analysis, financial investment and the arts sector, Bogdan works with the Novalis team to provide insightful modelling techniques and analytical research to the international arts sector. Prior to this, he worked with the Australian Council for the Arts, covering the investment portfolios of multi-year funded companies. Bogdan is involved with various projects of artistic production, working in music composition, film direction and writing.

Alex Fisher
Economist
Alex is responsible for the collection, structure and analysis of audience and financial data in the Novalis research team. He is a charted accountant with consulting experience in advising companies and not for profit organisations on financial matters, including reporting and transactions. Alex has worked as a senior consultant for Ernst & Young and brings significant industry experience and corporate insights to the Novalis research department.

Designer
Laura works as a graphic designer in the Novalis research team and is behind the artistic concept, graphing and drawings in our publications. With a contemporary approach to analytics design, Laura brings life to arts data with elegant designs that provide insightful pictures to the arts sector. Laura is also involved with the Australian fashion scene and works as a designer for major brands in ready to wear, dance and costume design.

Lucas Cortet
Developer
Behind the design and implementation of the Novalis infrastructure, Lucas provides innovative solutions and custom tailored solutions to structure and present arts sector data. Lucas works extensively in web design and brings significant sector experience in online solutions for corporate and government bodies. Lucas is also behind various artistic projects, working with record labels and music production for film and television.
